It is recommended to take this tonic once daily, & it can be taken in addition to your other Herbal Elderberry Tonic products since elderberry is not the main ingredient in this blend. Increase the dose to 3X daily or as needed if currently battling illness, as you would with your other HET products. I would alternate with one of the tinctures or original blend & the fire cider every 2-3 hours. A phenomenal combo that packs a powerful punch!
